Most advisors come from one direction — finance, technology, or consulting theory. My career has run through all the disciplines that make a business function in practice.

Human resources. Organizational design. Operations management. Project execution. Business expansion. And in the past several years, the practical application of AI to make all of those disciplines more effective.

That range is not accidental. It is the source of the diagnostic ability that makes my work useful. When an organization faces a growth constraint, the cause is rarely a single function. It lives at the intersection of people, process, and technology. Twenty years of working across all three gives me a pattern recognition that a specialist rarely has.

Every engagement begins with a diagnostic phase. Not a survey. A real analysis of where the business is slowing, where revenue is being left on the table, where execution is breaking down.

That diagnosis shapes everything that follows — the strategy, the operational design, the AI implementation, the project plan. I do not apply pre-packaged frameworks. I design the solution for the specific constraint.

The organization is running on workarounds, manual effort, and owner time. They need someone who can diagnose the constraint and build the operational infrastructure for the next phase.
